Daniel Kuyath
A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. today at Trinity Lutheran Church for
Daniel Kuyath, who died at home Jan. 6, 2004. He was 91.
Mr. Kuyath was born Dec. 4, 1912, in Portland and
lived many years in Vancouver.
He was a crane operator for 26 years for Ross
Island Sand and Gravel.
Survivors include his wife, Eva, at home; two
daughters, Enid Anderson of Montclair, Calif., and Karen Saveda of Fairbanks,
Alaska; one sister, Eada Pegar of Gladstone; one stepsister, Caroline Wagner of
Priest River, Idaho; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mr. Kuyath was a member of Trinity Lutheran
Church. He enjoyed building, fishing and gardening.
There was a private graveside service in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
