Jeannie Marie Reed, 41, of Decatur, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, at home.

Jeannie was born May 12, 1974, in Dowagiac, the daughter of Aubrey and Phyllis (Johnson) Justus.

She married Darryl Reed Sept. 26, 1996, and he survives. Also surviving are mother and step-father Phyllis and Brian Parmley, of Dowagiac; brother Glenn Allen Justus, of Prey Montana; two sisters, Julie Ann (David) Shimel of Cassopolis and Jodie Lynn Poenicke of Landrum, South Carolina and three step-sisters, Tracy Lynn (Rocky) Mengel of Dowagiac, Carrie Ann (Keith) Parrett of Eau Claire and Gail Marie (Donald) Pedderson of Edwardsburg.

Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, in the Newell Funeral Home, Decatur, with the Rev. Michael Heflin officiating. Cremation will follow the services.
