Pauline Watkins Caruthers, 93, of, Auxvasse, Missouri, passed away at University Hospital on Monday, November 15, 2010. She was born Monday, September 24, 1917, in Seminole, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late George and Lydia (Meeker) Watkins. She was united to George Caruthers who preceded her in death.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by five daughters, Joyce (Joel) Moody, Carolyn (Jim) Charlton, Barbara Caruthers, Ann (Dave Mowry) Bowman and Pat (Rick) Smith;
four brothers, Bill Watkins, Sheldon Watkins, George Watkins and Oscar Watkins; four sisters, Agnes Henderson, Stella Scarbough, Lorene Stewart and Goldie Watkins;
ten grandchildren, Trent, Robert and Tony Moody, Ferrie Craighead, Billy Bowman, Pam Smith, Cindy Parson, Cathie Giles, Michael Jolly and Janna Kincaid; twenty-three great grandchildren, Courtney Harrison, Jesse Rice, Dustin and Ryan Smith, Sam, Sadie and Chloe Giles, Ashley Cunningham, Jeremy, Jonathan, Sean, Paige, Christy and Katy Moody, Chayse and Chance Parson, Hunter and Tayler Jolly, Colton, Chelsea and Ethan Bowman and Dillon and Kylie Kincaid; and three great great grandchildren, Peyton and Chase Harrison and Abreilla Brown.
Her parents, husband and two grandchildren, Dennis Cunningham and Doug Bowman preceded her in death.

Pauline was a business owner and a homemaker. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She enjoyed the love of crafts, fishing and being with her beloved late husband, George

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy, Arkansas, with Reverend Joel Moody officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2010, at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Interment will be held at the Providence Cemetery in Judsonia, Arkansas.

Matt Watkins, resident of Searcy, died Monday, July 19, 2004. He was 40 years of age.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Powell Funeral Home in Searcy with interment in Henderson Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6 until 8.
Matt was born Dec. 10, 1963, in Lancaster, Calif., the son of Robert and Martha Darden Watkins.
He was employed by Yarnell's and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Bob and Jane Watkins of Pangburn; his wife, Teresa Watkins of Tampico, Ill.;
three sons, Derek Adam, William Spencer and Justin Lucas Watkins and their mother, Sandra Watkins,
all of Petal, Miss.; two brothers, Robert Watkins II and his wife Debbie of Searcy and Warren Watkins of Cabot;
nephews, Robby, Timmy and Dexter; and nieces, Bethany Perdue, Rachael and Rebecca and their mother, Karen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church Mission Fund or donor's favorite charity.

Robert Lee Watkins, 84 b: abt 1921) , went to be with the Lord on Friday, Feb. 11, 2005. He was a lifelong member of the White Oak Community and a Deacon of the White Oak Missionary Baptist Church. He was a World War II veteran and a retired farmer from Griffithville. Survivors include Burnadean Watkins, wife of 62 years; Robert Keith Watkins, son and wife Janie; Brenda Watkins Allen, daughter; Carrie Foster, granddaughter and husband Cody of Griffithville; Lindsey Baker, granddaughter and husband James of Cabot; Brian Allen, grandson of Griffithville; Bradley Watkins, grandson of Griffithville; and Alexis Foster, great-granddaughter of Griffithville. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Watkins; Corrine Watkins Knight, sister; and Thelma Watkins Lewis, sister. Russell Uel Watkins, 90, of Searcy, died Sunday, March 28, 2004. He was born July 17, 1913, in Griffithville to Herbert and
Addie (Smith) Watkins
. He was a WWII veteran and a member of West Race Baptist Church.
Survivors include wife, Eunice (Felts) Watkins; daughter, Marilyn Young and husband Bill; two grandsons, Billy Young and wife
Jackie and Rusty Young and wife Michelle; and brother, George Otis Watkins.

Flora Lorene Watkins, 75, died Thursday, October 24, 2002, in Benton.
She was born May 28, 1927, in the Spring Valley Community to John Gilbert Baker and Viola Mae Turley Baker.
She is survived by three daughters, Helen Fiser of Little Rock, Linda Dalton of North Little Rock, and Brenda Rossier of Lakeland, Florida;
two sisters, Zelma Helms and Mae Maddock, both of Searcy;
three grandsons, Richard Fiser of Little Rock, Joseph Dalton Jr. of North Little Rock, and Sterling Rossier of Lakeland, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 44 years, Albert N. Watkins; one sister, Pauline Barnett;
and two brothers, Herman and Ray Baker.
Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2002. Interment will be in Taylor Cemetery.

James Harrison Watkins, 92, of Judsonia, died Sunday, June 30, 2002.
He was born in February of 1910 at Pangburn to George Washington Watkins and Ora Lee Lowery Watkins.
He was a retired pipeliner and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Vivian Allyene Watkins; two daughters, Joann Ferren and Jeanne Beals, both of Judsonia;
two sisters, Winona Sterling and Anna Marie Sterling, both of Judsonia; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Wilson Watkins and Lesley Watkins; and one sister, Helen Hight.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2002, at Roller Daniel Chapel. Interment will be in White County Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by Roller-Daniel Funeral Home of Searcy.

Venita Watkins King, 80, of Judsonia, died Monday, June 25, 2001.
She was born September 15, 1920, in Mountain View, to Willard and Viola Treat Watkins.
She was retired from General Industries, and was a member of Dripping Springs Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Willard Rueon King of Judsonia;
two sons, Charles King and Milford Wayne King, both of Judsonia; one sister, Lillian Dill of Little Rock;
five grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Thurman and Troy Watkins;
and four sisters, Gracie Williams, Hazel Davis, Bessie Matlock, and Syble Harris.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Dripping Springs Assembly of God Church,
with burial at Henderson Cemetery in Pangburn. Visitation is scheduled to be tonight from 5 to 9.

Payton Ryan "P.R." Watkins, 85, of Bono died Sunday, Nov. 2,2003. He was a member of the Bono Church of Christ.
He was a retired salesman for Thorpe/McCauley and Forrest City Grocery.
He is survived by his wife, Jewel Puckett Watkins; one son, Roger Watkins of Bono; one daughter, Jan Watkins Sullivan of Bono;
one brother; James N. Watkins of Searcy; one sister, Verta Watkins Gibson of Jonesboro; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Watkins and Amanda Medlock Watkins, four brothers and six sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Roller-Farmers Union Chapel with George Hulett officiating.
Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

O'Dell Yearby, age 89 of Searcy, died Sunday, August 21, 2005, in Searcy. She was born March 30, 1916, in Searcy to Will Stracener and Ollie Dell (Butler). She was a member of the First Baptist Church, and worked as a housewife and a lunch room supervisor for Searcy Schools.

She is survived by one daughter, Jo Moore and husband Virgil of Heber Springs; two sisters, Inez Giles of Searcy, Dorothy Martindale of McRae; one sister-in-law, Odean Gay; one brother-in-law, Carl Yearby; seven grandsons; two granddaughters; and eight great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Will and Ollie Dell Stracener; husband, Ralph J. Yearby; daughter, Charlotte Cleveland; daughter, Patricia Neal Johnson; and sister, Edith Wright.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 until 7 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel with interment at White County Memorial Gardens.
